The Officia Nordelta office building is the first AAA building in the fastest growing strategic urban development centre in Argentina in recent years. ESPA Argentina's subsidiary ESPA Argentina has successfully supplied and installed the entire complex water supply system of the building according to the technical requirements of the LEED standards.
