The Integration of Painting and Machining Enhances Our Production Chain
At GTE Group, the holding company of ESPA and a global leader in water management and pumping solutions, we have taken a significant step in our vertical integration strategy with the acquisition of Banyoles Color, a Girona-based company specializing in industrial painting processes. This strategic move reinforces our market position and adds a key link to our production chain, essential for manufacturing our products.
In the last fiscal year, Banyoles Color reported sales of €3,840,987, showcasing its solvency and potential as a new member of our group. This integration not only expands our internal capabilities but also strengthens our commitment to local economies, fostering local talent and enhancing the competitiveness of the Catalan industry.
The acquisition of Banyoles Color follows the recent addition of BAICO PUMPS SL and reflects our vision to optimize production by integrating processes such as painting and machining with our established expertise in design, motor manufacturing, winding, casting, and cabling, among others. This expansion will enable us to offer more comprehensive, efficient, and competitive solutions to our clients.
As Josep Perich, CEO of GTE Group, explains: "The incorporation of Banyoles Color is a clear demonstration of our commitment to promoting local economies and environmental responsibility. This integration strengthens our quality standards and supports our sustainable growth strategy."
With this move, we are progressing towards our goal of becoming a leading Catalan group with international reach. Vertical integration adds value at every stage of our production chain, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness in a constantly evolving global market. We remain dedicated to developing our team and fostering internal synergies to uphold the excellence of the products we deliver to clients worldwide.
